TomFit Health Training is seeking a senior designer to own the look and feel across every surface the user touches, from the app to print. You’ll advocate for design quality and craft intuitive experiences that simplify complex features.

You’ll move between digital product work, brand identity, and in-studio marketing, shaping a cohesive visual language and supporting AI-powered collaboration across the team. On-site in Zürich Stettbach or Krakow.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio spanning digital product and brand or marketing work.

We're TomFit, an AI-native physical health provider, building our own training machine and studios, scaling out of Zürich. We combine a new kind of strength training machine, the TomBot, with a software platform and AI to let people create, execute, and monitor a personal training regime that actually adapts to them. A deeply integrated diagnostics capability lets us tailor every exercise to the user for highly targeted, effective, and efficient training. As a small, multi-disciplinary team of 25 across engineering, product, and operations, we currently run three hubs with more than a dozen machines deployed. We take a pragmatic, dynamic, and fast approach to building and scaling an AI-native health company. Hardware, software, and intelligence in one product. Now we want the experience around it to be just as considered as the machine itself: how people discover us, walk into a studio, open the app, and stay. That is where you come in. We are looking for a senior designer to own how TomFit looks and feels across every surface people touch. Design is not a function bolted onto the product here; it is a core part of who we are and how we win. You care deeply about aesthetics and have an excellent eye for detail, but you also understand the need to create intuitive, easy-to-use experiences that break down complexity. You will move fluidly between the screen and the physical world: the app our members train with, the website that introduces TomFit, and the printed and physical marketing that brings people through the door. You advocate for design in and outside the team, and you lift the quality of everything we put in front of a user.

What you'll do

• App design: shape the TomFit member experience end to end, from user journeys and flows to wireframes and clickable prototypes, so training with the TomBot feels effortless and motivating.
• Web design: conceptualise and execute design for our website and web applications, from a creative brand presence to the conversion-focused pages that grow the business.
• Brand & physical marketing: design the physical side of the brand, from flyers, door-drops, and in-studio material to event and print collateral, all coherent with the digital experience.
• Design system & craft: build and maintain a consistent visual language across product and marketing, and raise the bar for the whole team.
• Work with users: run and use research and feedback sessions so our design decisions are grounded in what members actually need.
• Help leverage AI in our work/tool environment to support efficient teamwork.
  
  

A few things we'll need from you

• Senior, hands-on design experience with a portfolio you can walk us through, ideally spanning digital product and brand or marketing work.
• Strong skills across product, web, and brand design, with a genuine eye for typography, layout, and detail.
• A solid understanding of latest tools and AI accelorators in the design domain.
• Experience in branding or motion design is a real plus.
• You can work on-site with us in Zürich Stettbach or Krakow. This is an on-site role because the product is physical: you will see members train, work in the studio, and iterate with the team in the room.
• Excellent spoken and written English. German is a big plus.
