Zusammenfassung

TomFit, an AI-native health startup in Zürich, seeks a senior fullstack developer to own end-to-end product initiatives—from problem framing to shipped software across web, mobile, and the TomBot integration.

You will work AI-first across design, coding, testing, and analysis, collaborating with product, QA, machine development, and design. On-site in Zürich Stettbach or Kraków, you’ll help evolve a hardware-software platform.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering real products with hardware integration.
• Proficiency in Java, React, Flutter, and Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Experience building AI-based features is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own initiatives end to end from problem to shipped product.
• Build across the stack: backend services, web and mobile apps, TomBot integration.
• Work AI-first: use AI daily in design, coding, testing, and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, QA, machine development, and product owner.
• Know the product by training on the TomBot and observing real sessions.
