Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional education and experience
• 5+ years experience in administration, operations, HR administration or finance administration
• Strong budgeting, cash monitoring and accountant coordination skills
• Experience in SME/startup/scale-up or tech environment is a plus
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Good budgeting and financial reporting understanding
• Hands-on, pragmatic, detail-oriented with ownership mindset
• Experience working with external accountants and payroll providers
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and German
