ON is seeking a Senior Specialist - Finance Systems Operations to join our fast-growing brand in Zurich. You will be the main liaison for finance system improvements, coordinating with IT and finance owners to prioritize changes and ensure successful validation with business sign-off.

You will drive testing, upgrades, and optimization of our finance systems, leveraging AI tools when appropriate and delivering results with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in ERP support or as a key user.
• Solid understanding of finance processes.
• Experience with global ERP and D365 F&O preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work with external vendors.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact for ongoing finance system improvement implementation.
• Collaborate globally with IT and finance process owners to prioritize requests.
• Understand business requirements and run test cases for validation with business sign-off.
• You are willing to solve business problems using AI tools.
• Oversee day-to-day reported issues and monitor KPIs on resolutions.
• Assist in system testing in collaboration with business.
• Constantly improve our system landscape and related processes.
• You manage system version upgrades as the main finance contact.
• You monitor issues and investigate/workarounds when possible.
• You deliver fast and prioritize incoming tasks.
• Collaborate with other finance system specialists.
• Provide support bridging finance and other teams by root-cause analysis.
