Zusammenfassung

FenX is seeking an Administration, HR & Finance Manager to support the company's growth and professionalization. Working closely with the CEO, this role will act as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring smooth execution across finance administration, HR administration, office operations, and company governance.

You will coordinate budgeting, cash planning, external accountants, payroll providers, recruitment administration, and contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or related field (or KV equivalent) with professional experience.
• 5+ years in administration, operations, HR or finance administration.
• Strong budgeting, cash monitoring and coordination with accountants.
• Experience in SME/startup/tech environments is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; hands-on ownership.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monthly cash planning, budget tracking, and cash runway scenarios.
• Coordinate with external accounting and payroll providers.
• Support preparation of financing and grant materials.
• Manage recruitment administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee contracts, payroll, and HR administration.
• Support contract management and legal follow-up.
• Coordinate office operations, facilities, insurance, and service providers.
• Leverage digital, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
