ON is seeking a Senior Specialist - Finance Systems Operations to join our fast-growing brand in Zurich. You will be the main liaison for finance system improvements, coordinating with IT and finance owners to prioritize changes and ensure successful validation with business sign-off.

You will drive testing, upgrades, and optimization of our finance systems, leveraging AI tools when appropriate and delivering results with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in ERP support or as a key user.
• Solid understanding of finance processes.
• Experience with global ERP and D365 F&O preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work with external vendors.

• Collaborate with other finance system specialists.
• Provide support bridging finance and other teams by root-cause analysis.

Your Mission

Your story

• Great passion, strong educational background (business administration, information technology or related fields) and proven work experience (2+ years) in ERP support tasks or as a key user.
• You understand the basics of finance department processes.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with global ERP solution, D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized person.
• Worked with technical resources, or external vendors.
• Customer oriented team player who is committed to embracing continuous improvements.
• Understanding end-user needs and requirements, ability to deal with deadlines and delivering based on priorities.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
