Job summary

Aepsy AG, a Swiss mental health platform, is seeking a Growth Performance Marketing Lead to own performance marketing for clients, psychologists, and employers. You will drive end-to-end Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns, build the measurement framework, and translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Three to four years in performance marketing, including end-to-end campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with a balance of brand and content.
• Confidence running Meta and Google on your own; experience with TikTok/LinkedIn.
• Judgement balancing data with values in a multilingual Swiss market.
• Fluent (Swiss) German and English; strong communication skills.
• Habit of spotting repeatable steps and using AI to improve daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across all funnels and define success for each audience.
• Run paid media end to end on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, including structure, bidding, audiences, creative rotation and measurement.
• Read the numbers and translate insights into action with the team.
• Turn patterns into decisions about campaign tempo and creative strategy.
• Shape how people find support by evolving search and discovery approaches.
• Establish and improve the marketing rhythm, workflows, and delivery across campaigns and newsletters.
