Job summary

enshift AG is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing professional to design, execute and optimize digital campaigns across search, paid social, email and other channels. You will identify target audiences for B2C and B2B, align messaging with Sales, build CRM structures, and implement automation to nurture leads and improve conversion.

With 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, you will experiment rapidly, translate analytics into action, and contribute to renewable energy solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in growth, performance or digital marketing, and experience with marketing automation.
• Data-driven pragmatist who runs campaigns and bases decisions on measurable results.
• Growth hacker mindset with rapid experiments and scalable learnings.
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools and understanding of how marketing translates to revenue.
• Hands-on, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimize digital campaigns across search, paid social, email and other channels.
• Identify target audiences for B2C and B2B, test channels and messaging, and scale successful approaches.
• Sharpen messaging with Sales and improve lead quality and handover.
• Build CRM structures, workflows, lead nurturing and follow-up sequences.
• Define KPIs, analyze funnels and landing pages, create reports and turn insights into action.
• Leverage digital tools and AI to reduce manual work.
