Benetics AI in Zürich is seeking a growth marketer to own campaigns across Meta, Google and organic social. You will plan content, build AI workflows behind them, and work closely with marketing, product and sales to turn feedback into the next campaigns.

You’ll run campaigns, create posts and short-form video, and measure cost per lead and lead quality. Excellent German and English, and a Zurich-based, on-site role.

• Deep understanding of trades served and audience shaping campaigns.
• Hands-on across Meta Ads, Google Ads and organic social.
• Create posts and short-form video; repurpose customer stories and product demos.
• Test hypotheses on audiences, messages and creative; iterate.
• Track spend and lead quality with sales input; keep reports simple.
• Build AI workflows and agents turning insights into new copy/images/video.
• Own channel goals based on cost per lead and lead quality; know when to scale.
• Move quickly from idea to launch and adapt as tools change.
• Excellent German and English, Zurich-based, on-site.
