Job summary

Papers AG is a Swiss cyber security engineering house driving AI-powered growth. We seek a Growth & AI Marketing Operations Specialist to power campaigns, content workflows, and data analytics across our portfolio of brands.

You will build automated content pipelines, run multi-channel campaigns, and maintain attribution tracking while ensuring quality and efficiency. You will own automation, QA processes, and rapid experimentation to optimize CAC and content throughput in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Growth/Marketing Operations in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience with LLMs in marketing workflows.
• Technical analytics proficiency with GTM, GA4, and data visualization.
• CRM & automation platforms experience, e.g., Zoho.
• Asynchronous communication and autonomous execution.

Responsibilities

• Storytelling that converts across portfolio brands.
• Tactical deployment of multi-channel campaigns across channels.
• AI pipeline operation, content QA, and workflow automation.
• Analytics, attribution, and data governance for campaigns.
