Job summary

Benetics AI is seeking a growth marketer in Zurich to own campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic channels. You will craft content, build AI-driven workflows, and work with marketing, product, and sales to optimize lead quality and outcomes.

You should have 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B tech context, with hands-on campaign experience and HubSpot automation familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing with hands-on campaigns.
• Experience at a B2B tech company is a plus, especially for trades audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and HubSpot is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns across channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic social).
• Create posts, short-form video, and repurpose customer stories and demos.
• Track spend, lead quality, and report results with sales input.
• Build AI workflows/agents to generate copy, images, video; ensure human review where needed.
• Own goals for channels, decide what to cut or scale, and iterate quickly.
