Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Growth/Website to shape the digital experience and turn visitors into potential customers. You will own design and optimization of web pages and landing pages, driving conversion through experimentation and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering and analytics to translate business goals into customer-centric solutions, elevate design systems, and contribute to rapid learning in a fully remote,

Formación

• At least 8 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership of website and landing pages.
• Proven CRO expertise, including hypothesis development, testing, and iterative optimization.
• Strong UI/visual design skills delivering measurable conversion results.
• Ability to learn from experiments and improve outcomes continuously.
• Experience building and evolving design systems for marketing websites.
• Excellent storytelling and clear communication to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design and optimization of website pages and landing pages to identify conversion opportunities.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, hypotheses, and prototypes for rapid experiments.
• Plan, execute, and iterate on A/B tests using data and user insights.
• Deliver high-quality visuals and interfaces while maintaining brand and design system standards.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, engineering, and analytics to align objectives with customer needs.
• Develop storytelling to communicate new products, features, launches, and promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and evaluate experiments and launches.
• Design landing pages supporting product launches with marketing collaboration.
• Maintain high design craftsmanship and provide feedback to grow the design team.
• Oversee design QA for web experiments and ensure outcomes meet goals.
