Job summary

enshift AG, a technology company focused on renewable energy, seeks a growth marketing leader to design and optimize digital campaigns for B2B and B2C. You will test channels, refine messaging, and collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.

You will build and optimize CRM structures, workflows and nurturing sequences, while defining KPIs and turning insights into action using data and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing with marketing automation.
• Data-driven decision maker who runs campaigns and measures results.
• Growth hacker mindset with rapid experiments to scale what works.
• Familiar with CRM and automation tools and how marketing translates to revenue.
• Hands-on, structured, entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise digital campaigns across search, paid social, email and other channels.
• Identify target audiences, test channels and messaging, and scale successful approaches.
• Align with Sales to sharpen messaging and improve lead quality and handover.
• Build CRM structures, workflows, lead nurturing and follow-up sequences.
• Define KPIs, analyse funnels and landing pages, and turn insights into action.
• Leverage digital tools and AI to reduce manual work.
