Aufgaben

• Open, service, and maintain client accounts; keep data accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate client onboarding; collect documentation and support KYC/AML compliance.
• Prepare client and prospect meeting documents and investment proposals across asset classes.
• Execute transactions and follow up; process client instructions and resolve issues.
• Act as secondary contact for day-to-day client inquiries and provide account information.
• Prepare client reports and presentations; maintain records of interactions and instructions.
• Liaise with operational, compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
