• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Passion for client engagement and wealth management.

Aufgaben

• Assist Relationship Managers in daily tasks and support client onboarding.
• Prepare client and prospect meeting documents and investment proposals.
• Process client instructions and track pending transactions with internal teams.
• Provide day-to-day client inquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams to ensure timely service delivery.
