Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or similar with graduation max 12 months ago
• Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery
• Passion for wealth management and creating value beyond wealth
• Global mindset and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply

Aufgaben

• Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive programme implementation
• Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Engage with stakeholders at different levels to support programme objectives
• Assist in project planning, risk management, governance, and progress reporting
• Gain day-to-day exposure to a large-scale change programme and develop transformation delivery expertise
• Build a strong network across the organisation and develop professional and leadership skills
• Contribute innovative ideas and help shape the future operating model of the business
