Julius Baer in Geneva is launching an 18-month Graduate Programme starting April 2027. You will rotate across functions, with an international assignment and hands-on experience in wealth management, building a global network and shaping your career from day one.

You will support relationship managers, manage client documentation, assist with onboarding and regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-team activities to deliver client value.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with above-average grades (finance/economics/business).
• Graduation max. 12 months ago; early-career stage.
• Initial practical experience in financial services or client-facing roles.
• Experience managing detailed documentation and multiple stakeholders.
• Passion for wealth management and value creation.
• Global mindset and strong learning agility.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage; eligible to work.

• Support relationship managers in day-to-day portfolio management and client reviews.
• Prepare investment proposals and performance analyses.
• Manage client documentation including KYC and onboarding files.

• Draft client materials and standard communications for RMs.
• Assist with periodic file reviews and regulatory deadlines.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support relationship managers in day-to-day portfolio management - preparing client reviews, investment proposals, and performance analyses
• Manage client documentation and records - maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files, including Know Your Customer (KYC) profiles, account opening documentation, and periodic review materials
• Assist with client onboarding and regulatory compliance - ensuring adherence to KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
• Process account transactions and instructions - executing client requests such as transfers, payments, and account maintenance activities in coordination with operations teams
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage scheduling - organizing client meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of outstanding requests across investment, legal, compliance, and operations
• Prepare client materials and correspondence - drafting meeting packs, performance summaries, and standard communications on behalf of relationship managers
• Support compliance and audit readiness - assisting with periodic file reviews, ensuring documentation completeness, and tracking regulatory deadlines

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in finance, economics, business, or a related field. (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in financial services, client-facing operations, or administrative coordination.
• Experience managing detailed documentation, multiple stakeholders, and remaining professional under pressure is particularly relevant
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English.
• Arabic is an advantage
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
