You’ll work in Western Markets & Switzerland/Chief of Staff to support front teams with project management, financial analysis, risk, and strategy deep dives, while developing a thriving career in wealth management.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree completed within the last 12 months.
• Initial practical banking or financial internship experience.
• Passion for wealth management and creating value.
• Global mindset and strong learning appetite.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support Market Area Business Management Teams as a Business Manager.
• Deliver defined management rhythm and ad-hoc projects with internal partners.
• Drive financial performance and provide transparency through papers and forecasts.
• Coordinate risk-management topics across Market Areas.
• Support MA Heads in operational tasks and communications strategy.
