Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong academic performance.
• Internships or projects in banking, wealth management, or transformation are a plus.
• Motivation to influence strategic change and business outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Support portfolio steering and prioritisation for Change the Bank with analysis of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate communications for strategic initiatives, updates, roadmap maintenance and benefits tracking.
• Contribute to the Global Target Operating Model and future state capabilities.
• Create high‑quality presentations and executive communications for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and projects.
