As part of the COO division, you will support the delivery of transformation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse data, and engage stakeholders to drive programme objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree with above-average grades in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Management or similar (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Initial practical experience in Business and IT transformation and programme delivery, with stakeholder management and project governance skills.

• Support the delivery of key transformation initiatives across the COO division.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of the programme.
• Analyse data, identify insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
