Job summary

NSC Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide dedicated on-site support within a GMP manufacturing environment. You will ensure availability and performance of workplace technology, production-supporting systems, and network connectivity on the manufacturing floor.

Role requires hands-on support on-site in controlled areas, coordinating with infrastructure and remote teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain accurate IT asset records.

Qualifications

• End-user computing and desktop support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience administering Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and walk-up support for Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and user-related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Perform Active Directory administration including onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and group management.
• Deliver IT support within GMP-controlled manufacturing environments while adhering to procedures and compliance.
