Zusammenfassung

isolutions is looking for a Solution Architect – Workplace & Infrastructure to advise customers on modern workplace, infrastructure, and cloud solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure. You analyse environments and develop target architectures, operating models, and roadmaps. You accompany presales, present designs to management, and help evolve our standardised offerings.

Travel within Switzerland is expected. A university degree in CS/BI/BA and 3–5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years experience as a solution architect at a managed IT services provider with presales experience.
• Design and operation of Microsoft-based workplace and infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, outsourcing, and operating models.
• Excellent German and very good English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise customers on modern workplace, infrastructure, and cloud solutions based on Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure.
• Analyse environments and develop target architectures, operating models, and roadmaps for hybrid cloud solutions.
• Support presales, tender processes, bids, and prepare calculations and proposals.
• Present solution designs to management and C-level stakeholders.
