Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a visionary VP for Global TSMS and Engineering to steer end-to-end process lifecycle management and engineering strategy across the company’s worldwide manufacturing network.

You will drive technology transfer, process validation, and capital projects, while championing advanced digital technologies and regulatory readiness to sustain manufacturing excellence.

Qualifikationen

• PhD/ MSc/ BSc in a technical field such as Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 15+ years in pharma/biologics/animal health manufacturing with leadership in TSMS or engineering.
• Deep expertise in process development, validation and multi-site technical oversight.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the global TSMS and Engineering strategy for manufacturing platforms and standards.
• Oversee technology transfer and process validation from development to commercial manufacturing with regulatory compliance.
• Lead global technical support, investigations, and continuous improvement programs to drive robustness and efficiency.
• Provide strategic leadership for global facilities and automation, managing capital projects and GMP/safety for equipment and utilities.
• Develop and deliver a roadmap for next-generation manufacturing, including AI, robotics, and digital tech.
