Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd seeks an experienced Manager of Technical Product Management to advance our Pharmacovigilance technology landscape. You will own PV case processing and safety platforms, driving innovation and regulatory compliance across global systems.

You will partner with Safety, Regulatory, and IT teams to scale platforms, lead end-to-end delivery, and improve data intake, analytics, and automation using LSMV, ReporterX, XDI, and RxLogix.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, life sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product management or IT application ownership in Pharmacovigilance.
• Hands-on with LSMV, ReporterX/XDI, RxLogix for data intake and integration.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and PV compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the PV case processing product roadmap and safety platforms.
• Lead Agile delivery by prioritizing backlog and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Oversee ICSR case processing from intake to regulatory submission.
• Act as product/IT lead for ArisGlobal LSMV and manage ReporterX/XDI.
• Enable integration with RxLogix to support signal detection and analytics.
• Promote automation and AI to improve data quality and throughput.
• Ensure PV regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor system performance, SLAs, and data quality KPIs.
• Interface IT with Pharmacovigilance teams to align priorities.
• Collaborate with vendors on strategy, upgrades, and innovation.
• Optimize cost and system utilization, build a high-performing team.
