Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Process Engineering to lead manufacturing process design, optimization, and validation in a regulated medical device environment. The role is hybrid, with potential postings in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Diegem, Belgium, or Zuchwil, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or related)
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in process/manufacturing engineering
• Prior people leadership experience managing engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and CI methodologies
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Lead and develop a team of process engineers for design, optimization, and sustainment
• Define and execute process engineering strategies aligned with quality and operations
• Drive CI initiatives focusing on safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations
• Oversee process validations, equipment qualifications, and change management
• Ensure processes comply with regulatory and quality system requirements
• Analyze process performance data to identify risks and improvements
• Support capital projects, automation, and tech upgrades
