The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ICSR workflows and hands‑on experience with ArisGlobal LSMV, ReporterX, XDI, and RxLogix, enabling end‑to‑end ICSR processing and data
Qualifikationen
- Experience in product management or IT application ownership in Pharmacovigilance.
- Hands‑on with ArisGlobal LifeSphere MultiVigilance (LSMV), ReporterX and XDI.
- Knowledge of RxLogix platform for signal detection and analytics.
Aufgaben
- Own and execute the PV case processing product roadmap across safety platforms.
- Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and end‑to‑end lifecycle (design to release).
- Oversee ICSR processing capabilities from intake to regulatory submission for compliance.
- Act as IT lead for ArisGlobal LSMV and manage ReporterX/XDI integration (E2B, structured sources).
- Enable RxLogix integration to support signal detection, reporting, and analytics.
- Monitor performance, SLAs, data quality KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
