Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Manufacturing, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven track record leading global transformation initiatives in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma expertise; green or black belt preferred.
• Solid understanding of GMP and global regulatory frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global transformation strategy for ADS operations, including long‑term roadmap and governance.
• Drive Operational Excellence and productivity programs delivering gains in efficiency and cost reduction.
• Champion digitalization by scaling advanced digital tools across sites.
• Develop, implement, and manage global training frameworks for technical and operational capabilities.
• Identify and deliver high‑impact cross‑functional projects using LBMS principles.
• Lead and mentor OE, Training, and Transformation leaders across a global network.
• Maintain strong communication with senior leadership and site teams for transparency and alignment.
• Monitor progress and report to global stakeholders with accountability.
• Partner across MSAT, EHS, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Operations to drive best‑practice adoption.
