Lonza AG seeks the Global Head Transformation for Advanced Synthesis (ADS) in Basel. This role drives global transformation, operational excellence, and digitalization across the ADS site network, delivering efficiency gains, reliable performance, and innovative training programs.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders, align with MSAT, EHS, Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering, and foster a collaborative culture across sites to sustain long‑term growth and excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or EMBA is preferred.
• Extensive experience (+10 years) in Manufacturing, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, or Operational Excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global transformation strategy for ADS operations, including long‑term roadmap, prioritization, governance, and execution of initiatives.
• Drive Operational Excellence and productivity improvements across the ADS network.
• Champion digitalization by deploying digital tools and systems that enhance performance and data integrity.
• Develop and manage global training frameworks to build capabilities across the workforce.
• Mentor OE, Training, and Transformation leaders to foster a high‑performing network.
