Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Global Head of MES & Automation to lead strategy, development and deployment of MES across the Lonza network. You will collaborate with Platform Operations, IT and site teams to maximize value from IT/OT architectures and adopt electronic batch records across sites.

You will drive governance, leadership of MES experts, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, scalable MES solutions while managing change initiatives and travel up to 20%.

• Develop, drive and audit the global MES strategy across Lonza network.

• Ensure MES functionality and cGMP compliance with QA, IT and site leadership.
• Mentor MES experts and establish governance, portfolio management and capability enablement.
• Manage workforce, vendor, budget and change processes in the MES domain.
