You will partner with the Site Head and Leadership Team to design organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership development, ensuring compliance with Swiss law while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Strong business partnering and change management skills will be essential to support manufacturing expansion and operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, or organizational development.
• Minimum 10 years HR experience in pharma/biotech/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence strategy.
