Aufgaben

• Develop, drive and audit global MES strategy across Lonza network.
• Design, deploy and roll out global standards for operations, including infrastructure, asset and incident management.
• Ensure MES functionality and regulatory compliance (cgMP) with Site leadership, QA and IT.
• Mentor a team of MES experts and manage the Group Ops MES teams.
• Manage workforce plans, vendor, budget, and change management professionally.
• Stay abreast of tech developments and promote beneficial applications in pharma manufacturing.
• Oversee incident, service request and change queues per Lonza processes.
• Develop and continuously improve electronic batch recording standards.
• Maintain MES roadmap and global deployment of Target Architecture across sites.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT and Regulatory for compliant MES solutions.
