Zusammenfassung

GC International AG, based in Lucerne, is a global leader in dental care and oral health with a large international footprint. We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure efficient global supply chain operations as the central interface between factories/suppliers and regional sales organisations.

The role focuses on order processing, data management in SAP, and driving continuous improvement across processes in a high-exposure, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education or similar qualification (ideally University Degree).
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse/structure data.
• Experience within an international or matrix organization is an advantage.
• Strong SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Structured, service-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness.
• Fluent in English; Japanese is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing between customers and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes within and outside SAP.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery execution.
• Track and resolve IDOC errors and support SAP-related issue handling.
• Act as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate forecast alignment (net requirements) between stakeholders.
• Participate in Planning, Quality, and Production meetings.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP.
• Create and analyse reports related to inventory, backorders, KPIs, sales, and purchases.
• Support monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA rollout/improvements across affiliates.
• Assist in process standardization and system integration activities.
• Contribute to stable and efficient system operations.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and data flows.
• Contribute to scalable and efficient supply chain solutions within an international principal model structure.
