The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, system support, and continuous Kaizen initiatives to optimize international supply chain operations. Strong SAP and Excel skills, plus English proficiency, are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years in Supply Chain, Operations or similar.
• Strong analytical and data-structuring skills.
• Experience in international/matrix organizations is a plus.
• Excellent SAP knowledge and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Structured, service-oriented, and able to prioritize.
• Strong communication and intercultural awareness.
• Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing between customers and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes within and outside SAP.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery execution.
• Track and resolve IDOC errors and support SAP-related issue handling.
• Act as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate forecast alignment (net requirements) between stakeholders.
• Participate in Planning, Quality, and Production meetings.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP.
• Create and analyse reports related to inventory, backorders, KPIs, sales, and purchases.
• Support monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA rollout/improvements across affiliates.
• Assist in process standardization and system integration activities.
• Contribute to stable and efficient system operations.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and data flows.
• Contribute to scalable and efficient supply chain solutions within an international principal model structure.
