GC International AG, based in Lucerne, is a global leader in dental care and oral health, seeking a Global Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Lucerne. You will partner with the business across jurisdictions, supporting commercial contracts, compliance, and cross-functional legal projects.

You will report to the General Counsel and contribute to a broad range of legal topics for an international organization. This role offers high visibility and long-term development.

Qualifikationen

• Master of Laws from a Swiss or EU university; bar admission in Switzerland, Germany or Austria preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• International experience; life sciences/medtech exposure is a plus.
• Strong experience in commercial contract law.
• Familiarity with GDPR and anti-bribery/compliance topics.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements (sales, procurement, services, distribution).
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual and business matters.
• Support global legal projects and governance across regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC, Japan).
• Assist in establishing and maintaining global compliance frameworks and data privacy initiatives (GDPR).
• Coordinate external counsel; liaise with regulators and external stakeholders when required.
