• Deep understanding of integrated business planning, logistics, and network performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Global Supply Chain organization and ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply to customers and patients globally.
• Drive end-to-end supply chain performance across service, cost, cash, sustainability, risk, and quality compliance.
• Stabilize and implement the Global Supply Chain target operating model with clear governance and decision rights.
• Partner with Global Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, IT and site leadership to balance supply, demand, capacity and priorities.
• Build organizational capability across people, processes, systems and data, including ERP evolution and digital transformation.
• Lead, coach and develop a global leadership team with accountability and customer focus.
