Zusammenfassung

GC International AG, based in Lucerne, is a global leader in dental care and oral health with a large international footprint. We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure efficient global supply chain operations as the central interface between factories/suppliers and regional sales organisations.

The role focuses on order processing, data management in SAP, and driving continuous improvement across processes in a high-exposure, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education or similar qualification (ideally University Degree).
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse/structure data.
• Experience within an international or matrix organization is an advantage.
• Strong SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Structured, service-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness.
• Fluent in English; Japanese is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end order processing between customers and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes within and outside SAP.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery execution.
• Track and resolve IDOC errors and support SAP-related issue handling.
• Act as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal departments.
• Coordinate forecast alignment (net requirements) between stakeholders.
• Participate in Planning, Quality, and Production meetings.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP.
• Create and analyse reports related to inventory, backorders, KPIs, sales, and purchases.
• Support monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Support the SAP S/4HANA rollout/improvements across affiliates.
• Assist in process standardization and system integration activities.
• Contribute to stable and efficient system operations.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes and data flows.
• Contribute to scalable and efficient supply chain solutions within an international principal model structure.

About the Role

To strengthen our Supply Chain team in Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m/d) - full time (100%).

The Supply Chain Coordinator (f/m/d) plays a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of global supply chain operations within GC International AG as the principal company and global headquarters of the group.

The position acts as a central interface between Factories/Suppliers and Regional Sales Organizations/Internal Customers, ensuring seamless coordination of order processing, logistics, and data flows. In addition, the role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports the evolution of scalable, efficient, and innovative supply chain processes across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations
