UNITED MACHINING, a leading provider for precision components, seeks a senior procurement leader to define global category strategy for G&A and CapEx. You will drive strategic sourcing, run tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and lead major capital investment projects in partnership with engineering and finance teams.

You will manage a strategic supplier portfolio, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and implement governance to deliver sustainable savings and total-cost-of-ownership

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Significant experience in strategic procurement or category management in international, multi-site organisations.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value sourcing and negotiation processes.
• Fluent in English and German; travel internationally; Power BI and AI experience are advantages.

Aufgaben

• Define and drive the global category strategy for G&A expenses and Capital Expenditure.
• Lead strategic sourcing, tenders, negotiations, and supplier selection across indirect spend.
• Act as procurement lead for major capital investment projects with engineering and finance partners.
• Manage strategic supplier portfolio and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Define procurement policies and governance, delivering savings and cost improvements.
