Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related sciences preferred; other technical degrees considered
• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience with leadership in contract manufacturing procurement
• Deep expertise in global contract manufacturing markets, outsourcing models, capacity planning and supplier strategies
• Proven track record leading high-value negotiations, contracting, and supplier strategies delivering measurable value
• Experience leveraging digital procurement tools, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to strengthen category performance

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve multi-year contract manufacturing category strategy to drive cost transformation, risk mitigation, and sustainability
• Translate market dynamics, cost drivers, capacity trends, and regulatory developments into actionable strategies
• Influence senior leaders and co-create value across Operations, R&D/Technology, Finance and Manufacturing
• Lead negotiations and shape outcomes on complex contract manufacturing agreements
• Manage global supplier relationship programs to elevate performance and drive innovation
• Lead proactive risk reviews and make-versus-buy analyses to protect continuity
