Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including significant leadership in contract manufacturing Procurement within global organizations.
• Deep expertise in global contract manufacturing markets, outsourcing operating models, capacity planning, cost structures, make-versus-buy decisions, regional manufacturing economics, supplier capabilities, and strategic manufacturing partnerships.
• Proven track record delivering procurement value through contract manufacturing optimization, cost reduction, cost avoidance, supplier innovation, network design, capacity management, and risk management.

• Own and evolve the multi-year category strategy for contract manufacturing procurement.
• Lead global/regional category teams and align stakeholders behind a common approach.
• Lead negotiations and strategic supplier partnerships to deliver enterprise value.
