METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Global Indirect Procurement at our Greifensee-Nänikon headquarters. You will lead indirect spend strategies, drive regional sourcing projects, and negotiate contracts to maximize value while mitigating risk in a decentralized environment. The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and proficiency with SAP/Jaggaer.

Travel approx. 5% and fluent English and German are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, or key account exp in global orgs
• Experience in international negotiation, contracting and stakeholder management
• Experience managing complex global projects and influencing cross-functional teams and suppliers across cultures

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect goods and services
• Lead regional sourcing projects, tenders, RFX, negotiations, and approvals

• Manage key supplier relationships to drive improvements
• Support procurement digitalization initiatives, including e-bidding
• Provide procurement support aligned with policies and processes
• Identify process improvements to increase value
• Support implementation of category strategies and tools
• Report procurement performance through centralized tools
