Belimo Automation AG is seeking a Senior Process Industrialization Engineer (80-100%) to shape scalable manufacturing processes at Hinwil. This role leads end-to-end design and optimization of global manufacturing and assembly processes and acts as Lead Make in product creation, driving alignment of product, process and equipment requirements.

Qualifikationen

• University or technical college degree in engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering or industrialization.
• Strong background in device manufacturing, equipment and PFMEA/control plans.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions, cultures and hierarchies.
• Structured, analytical and entrepreneurial with ownership.

Aufgaben

• Be focal point of process flow and line layout design across global production.
• Lead end-to-end design and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Act as Lead Make in product creation projects, representing manufacturing processes.
• Drive process industrialization and align product, process and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Equipment Engineering, Quality, IT and Operations worldwide.
• Own implementation, validation and ramp-up of manufacturing processes including pilot runs.
• Perform PFMEA and ensure mitigation measures are in place.
• Ensure process capability and monitor performance and stability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives like automation and global transfers.
