Job summary

Bühler Group is seeking a Process Owner for global service operations to design and improve end-to-end processes for workshop refurbishments, field service and parts delivery. You will link service execution with commercial processes, from quotation to invoicing, and drive standardized, data-driven improvements across a global organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams in an agile environment, define KPIs, governance and adoption, and translate business needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or related field.
• Experience in process management, service operations or digital transformation.
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve global end-to-end service processes for refurbishments, field service and parts delivery.
• Link service execution with commercial processes from quotation to invoicing.
• Translate business needs into standardized process designs and prioritized backlogs.
