On is seeking a Senior Director of Apparel Marketing to lead global brand strategy for its apparel portfolio. You will partner with the Creative Director and report to the CMO, driving enterprise-level brand governance and talent development.

You will influence executive decisions, align regional leaders, and define operating models to simplify complex portfolios while delivering sustainable growth across categories and channels.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in global brand management, brand strategy, or equivalent roles within premium sportswear, fashion, or consumer industries.
• 8+ years in a senior managerial role, supervising Director-level or equivalent leaders across a multi-category brand portfolio.
• Proven ability to architect long-term strategic plans (5-year horizon) and align C-suite, regional presidents, and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Executive-level presence with exceptional presentation skills; comfortable presenting strategy and performance to large internal and external audiences.
• High intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking with ability to define simple, executable frameworks for global teams.

• Define the long-term, multi-year architecture for the Apparel Brand Management function and unified global brand identity.
• Align with C-suite and regional leaders on brand strategy and resource allocation across major product verticals.
• Lead and coach the Apparel Brand team to raise strategic thinking and execution quality; drive organizational excellence.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure brand health and portfolio value across regions and categories.
