Senior leadership is expected to mentor junior specialists and guide cross-functional partners to deliver innovative material solutions within a fast-paced, global environment at our Zürich hub.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in performance apparel material/fabric development.
• Extensive collaboration with Asia-based suppliers and factories.
• Global mobility with extensive travel experience.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead creation and strategic sourcing of technical, high-performance apparel materials
• Manage material development across multiple seasons and align with program timelines
• Maintain material specifications and print applications using PLM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Development, Product Management, Innovation, Sustainability, and Testing
