Holcim, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, seeks an International Mobility Manager to lead the operational setup of its Global Employment Company in Switzerland. Based at the Zug headquarters, you will translate strategic framework designs into smooth, day-to-day processes for international assignees.

You will manage end-to-end assignment lifecycles, collaborate with Finance, Legal and Payroll, ensure compliance, and support salary cycles and vendor relationships as part of a global mobility

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, International Law or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience managing international mobility in a global, decentralized org.
• Experience with GEC structures and expatriate payroll coordination is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Legal, Payroll and Local HR.

Aufgaben

• GEC Setup Support: assist with operationalizing the new Zug GEC and rollout of workflows.
• Lifecycle Management: oversee full international assignment lifecycle and act as primary contact.
• Compliance Execution: coordinate with tax, immigration and legal advisors within Swiss frameworks.
• Payroll & Compensation: support annual cycles, salary reviews and shadow payroll data.
• Vendor Management: maintain relationships with tax, immigration and relocation providers.
• Policy & Documentation: draft guidelines reflecting mobility policies and GEC updates.
