WHR Global is seeking a Relocation Associate to support clients and transferees through the relocation management process. The role emphasizes on-site work in Basel and close collaboration with counselors and service providers.

You will handle relocation benefits, document processing, and expense management with independent judgment. The job requires fluency in English, with Japanese language skills preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (written & spoken) required.
• Japanese language skills preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policy, relocation, and real estate knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Enter and process relocation-related expenses into CARICS, including multi-currency conversions.
• Authorize expenditures related to transferee relocations.
• Exercise independent discretion to meet transferee needs while maintaining positive client relations.
• Answer policy questions and explain benefits and required forms to transferees.
• Maintain transferee records in both hard files and CARICS.
• Initiate relocation services in CARICS and with service providers.
• Maintain weekly contact with transferees to maximize benefits.
• Build respectful relationships with transferees, providers, and clients.
• Clarify required documents and input data into CARICS when received.
• Document home finding trips and offers for applicable client benefits.
• Process expense reimbursements by reviewing and approving reports.
