Real is seeking a Registration Certificates Expert to support Legal, Regulatory, Risk & Compliance. You will manage registration certificates, coordinate documentation across international markets, and ensure global compliance to sustain business continuity.

The role emphasizes handling requests from regulatory colleagues, partnering with authorities and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records in the system.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and German with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Aufgaben

• Respond to requests for registration certificates from regulatory colleagues.
• Prepare required documentation and request documents from authorities, other departments, and external partners as needed.
• Ensure legalization of documents when required.
• Log, track, and manage requests in the relevant system.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex cases to managers.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and internal customer satisfaction.
• Create purchase orders and ensure timely payment.
• Adhere to company procedures.
