Qualifikationen

• Secondary education or vocational training in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and German (excellent level).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Experience coordinating administrative or regulatory documentation is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments.

Aufgaben

• Handle registration certificate requests from regulatory colleagues across relevant markets
• Prepare and gather required documentation from authorities, internal departments, and external partners
• Ensure legalization of documents when required
• Record, track, and manage requests in the relevant system
• Monitor open files to ensure timely resolution and internal client satisfaction
• Create purchase orders and ensure payments are processed on time
• Escalate complex cases to management while resolving standard issues independently
• Comply with company procedures and internal guidelines
