• Coordination with other departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; strong ERP experience.
• Experience from an international group and work environment.

Aufgaben

• Receiving, recording, and processing international customer orders via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic channels.
• Coordinating timely shipment execution and invoicing, monitoring deliveries and inventory availability.
• Independently resolving customer inquiries and recording customer feedback.
• Maintaining customer master data and managing shared email inboxes with stakeholders.
• Supporting demand planning, product registrations across Europe, and trade marketing coordination.
• Assisting with ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as needed.
