Exponent is seeking a Regulatory Managing Scientist to lead regulatory submissions for plant protection products in Europe, with flexibility to be based in the Basel office or remotely. The role involves strategic guidance, multi-disciplinary project leadership, and active client liaison with regulators to maintain Exponent's trusted advisory position.

Qualifikationen

• Regulatory experience for plant protection products at EU and member state level.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear explanation of complex regulatory issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues and authorities.

Aufgaben

• Providing strategic advice to clients and colleagues
• Leading multi-disciplinary projects, including coordinating the preparation of dossiers for active substances and products
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and regulatory authorities to ensure repeat business and Exponent's reputation
• Assisting in the development of new business with existing and new clients for regulatory services
• Acting as the focal point for negotiations with EFSA, the Commission and Member States on behalf of clients
• Developing an established client network and management of these client relationships directly
